Aurora Crumbs was born in Alaska, where long winters, glowing skies, and close-knit communities teach you the value of warmth, care, and showing up for one another.
The heart behind Aurora Crumbs began with someone important in my family's life— my best friend. What started as baking for loved ones became something more meaningful. She could never just walk into a restaurant or grocery store and order whatever she wanted.
Every outing meant scanning menus, asking questions, or simply going without. Watching that limitation follow her everywhere made one thing very clear: gluten-free options amd food for those with dietary restrictions are often scarce, overlooked, or treated as an afterthought.
I wanted to change that!
Aurora Crumbs was created to make gluten-free baked goods more accessible, more intentional, and more joyful — especially for those who can’t simply grab a dessert off a shelf or order freely when they’re out. Everyone deserves to enjoy beautiful, comforting treats without feeling excluded or compromised.
